The Platform relies on data from external providers over which génio has no control. These include but are not limited to:

• Google Trends — search volume and trend direction data
• Reddit — community discussion and sentiment data
• Hacker News — technology community interest data
• Product Hunt — product launch and traction data

4. No Affiliation with Data Providers

génio is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Google, Reddit, Hacker News, Product Hunt, or any other third-party data provider referenced on the Platform. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners. References to third-party sources are provided for informational purposes only and do not imply any partnership or endorsement.

5. Data Accuracy and Availability

The Platform accesses and processes third-party data on a best-effort basis. génio makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data, signals, scores, or insights displayed. Third-party APIs and data sources may experience downtime, rate limiting, or terms-of-service changes at any time without notice, which may result in incomplete, degraded, or unavailable results. génio shall not be held liable for any such interruptions or inaccuracies. The Platform will always strive in good faith to keep the service operational, even if one or more third-party data providers become unavailable. However, génio is not responsible for interruptions caused by providers revoking or restricting access to their services, and such events do not entitle users to refunds, credits, or compensation of any kind.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, génio and its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost business opportunities, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, reliance on any data or insights provided, or any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content. Your use of the Platform and any decisions you make based on its output are entirely at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its underlying code, algorithms, design, and original content are the intellectual property of génio. Idea outputs generated by the Platform are your responsibility to verify; génio makes no claim to ownership of business ideas suggested by the tool.

8. Fair Use of Third-Party Data

The Platform accesses only publicly available data from third-party sources for the purpose of analysis and synthesis. génio does not scrape, store, or redistribute raw content from any third-party source in its original form. If you are a representative of a data provider and believe the Platform's access violates your terms of service, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

9. No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. génio does not issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to: temporary or permanent unavailability of third-party data sources, changes to the Platform or its features, dissatisfaction with generated ideas or insights, or any other reason. By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to evaluate the Platform through the free generation and accept that no refunds will be provided.

10. Changes to This Disclaimer

génio reserves the right to update this disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised disclaimer.
